Arc Spray Galvanising
Arc spray galvanising is a versatile process which melts zinc (or zinc alloy metals), and then rapidly propels the molten particles onto a prepared surface or substrate, creating a uniform coating that is customised to your specific environment. It is a highly effective and well-proven method of corrosion prevention, providing a galvanic coating as well as barrier coating protection to both iron and steel.
The surface of the hot metal and arc spray allows for excellent adhesion of any subsequently applied sealers and top coats. The combination acts as a synergistic coating system that acts as outstanding protection for the underlying steel.
Our galvanising is performed and completed to NZ/AS Standards 2312/2002.
